Affiliation of ELMAA’s Summer School with the Capri School of European Procedural Law

ELMAA and the University of Napoli – Federico II announced their affiliation in Napoli on 1st June of 2023.

Since 2022, our Summer School is proudly collaborating with the Capri School of European Procedural Law, which is organized by the University of Napoli – Federico II. The Capri School is held every year in Capri (3 days) and Napoli (one day) during the ‘semaine blanche’ in May, under the direction of the Judge at the General Court, Professor Roberto Mastroianni.

Working in synergy, and with the aim of providing complementary knowledge of EU law, the two schools are coordinating their subjects, Capri School being dedicated on procedural aspects of EU law, while Corfu Summer School on its substantial aspects, and are offering a preferential rate for those attending both schools.

On 1st June of 2023, our President Alexandros Politis was present at the Capri School, during its 3rd day of works in Napoli, to announce together with Judge Mastroianni the affiliation of the two Summer Schools.
